Have a paid subscription but still unable to use features

Hi,

I have paid subscription although every time I wish to use any features in Adobe reader such as edit document I'm diverted to a web page where I'm being asked to pay?? unable to understand why this is so?

    Adobe Acrobat reader is a free service. There is no paid subscription required for this application.

    Could you please confirm the Adobe product you have purchased.You can check it under your Adobe account.

    Please try to sign in here Adobe ID and check the product under Plans & Products.

    I have this same problem, we purchased the adobe pro dc but all features say they need to be bought?

    What is probably happening is that you paid to edit but that doesn't actually add features to the free Reader. What you paid for was the full version of Adobe Acrobat. You need to download, install and use Acrobat to open your files.
