Have to open the file twice

Hello,

Recently we encountered on several computers an issue which seems to have appeared since 2019 version.

The user has to open twice a file in order to Adobe Reader really opens it (or in a new tab is there is a file already opened).

When we open it the first time, we can see in task manager that an Adobe Reader process is created, but nothing happens in the actual application.

Do you have any fix for this?

We still have the issue with some users even if they run the latest version of Adobe (build 20074).

Up. We still have the problem on isolated computers. All have latest update.
