Go to http://get.adobe.com/reader and READ CAREFULLY the whole screen. Turn off all the sleazy offers.

Today I found two offers to turn off. The Acrobat Reader Chrome Extension is a marketing tool for Adobe Acrobat (paid software) so I turn off that one too.
