The Adobe PDF converter doesn't work as advertising and I ended up canceling my subscription...now waiting on refund, I've been waiting in chat for multiple times for hours! I just really like my refund please.

I also need my refund, I signed up for the month to month basis in January. Now it's automatically taking money from me without my consent each month.
