Help! Reader is rendering duplicate sheets in a multipage document

OK guys this is a weird one!  I have a file that was submitted by an architect.  Looks to be exported out of AutoDesk DWG TrueView 2015.  When i view the 11 page document in acrobat pro, bluebeam, chrome or any viewer other than reader, it looks fine.  However in reader, it shows sheet 1, 2, 3, 2, 3, 6, 7, 6, 9, 10, 11.

here's an example:

Any suggestions on what's going on here?  This is a recurring problem so hopefully it's a simple setting change that I'm missing.

Thanks!

Hmm, I find it’s a DC thing. Pro DC too. The files have some weird stuff, but Ivthibk DC is broken. You. Kyle probably extract pages in X and save.
