How Can I unistall Adobe converter?

Are you referring to Adobe Acrobat Reader as there is no such product named as 'Adobe converter'?

If you want to uninstall Adobe Reader, you can use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the installed application Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
