Dear Adobe,

We are facing system freez issue after opening a PDF file in Adobe acrobat-reader.

Below is the s/w version I am using :

Version 2022, 002,20212

Even closing the applcation does not help to unfreez the system we must have to reboot the system to get it work properly.

Could you please check and help to debug the issue as many users have already reported this issue.

Hi ashokr26071964ytaj,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please share the Acrobat crash logs. Use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html.

Also, collect the Procmon logs (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html) and share the file with us.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
