HIGHLIGHT

New Here ,
Apr 19, 2018 Apr 19, 2018

I want to highlight my texts by clicking in the word that starts until the last word. I don't want to draw the highlight mark, but this option only appears in certain texts. How do I make this in every text?

Hi Camilac,

As you wish to highlight the text in the PDF, you need to manually select the text to highlight it.

There is no option in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC that enables the feature to just click on the first word to highlight the whole sentence.

Hope the answers your query.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Regards,

Meenakshi

If you only have the option to "draw" a highlight that means the text in your file is not actually text, but a part of an image.

The highlight tool detects that and switched to "free form" mode when it's not above real text.
