Hve gone through forums all suggestions fail as there is no chat box etc. Cancelled plan yet they are still taking money, can't contact them as there are no details anywhere just pointless suggestions for what my problem could be

On the support page?

Hopefully whatever you subscribed to was under the same Adobe ID as what you are loggin in with.

Anyway, try calling +1-800-833-6687, Mondays through Fridays.

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html and logon with your Adobe ID. If you have or even had a plan, you had to have created an Adobe ID.

At the bottom right corner of the screen there is a circle with a comic balloon enclosing an ellipse. Click on that. It opens up with a chat box. Click on the contact options link that should give you the option of calling Adobe directly. If that option is not available, type agent into the chat and a live agent will work with you to resolve your issue.

As I said it doesn't exist. I am signed in, there is no 'comic balloon'.
