How can I type Simplified Chinese in Acrobat Reader?

Before I was able to using the Acrobat Reader English Version, and type simplified Chinese character.

After I got a new computer, I cannot type Simplified Chinese without chaning the entire Application language. If I want to type Chinese, now I have to change entire Acrobat Reader to Chinese first(All menu), which is really annoying. 

Before I was using a 2017 MacBook Pro, now I use a 2021 MacBook Pro, anyone know how to fix this issue please?
