How do I change it? When I open a Pdf, it ALWAYS opens in 177% view.

When I open a Pdf, it ALWAYS opens in 177% view. It is really annoying. It is just too much and in my face.

I tried everything!! I read most of the posts regarding - how to change the view size etc. I tried the EDIT-- Preferences -- Default Layout and Zoom -- Zoom -- 100%.

I updated everything. PLEASE help, what else can I do?
