How Do I Delete A PDF Page?

I've spent now almost an hour (I'm now into my 2nd hour) trying to find an answer to the above question - "How do I delete a page from a PDF file?"  Everything I've tried keeps referring me back to the 'Organize Pages' section of the pdf file.  When I click on that it wants me to subscript to a service that charges a monthly fee.  You've got to be kidding!!!!!!!!

That is not a solution.  What else can I do?
