How do I disable Digital Signing in Adobe Reader 11?

I am only encountering this problem now, whereby preparing a form and adding the E-signature field demands the signer to create a digital cert signature instead of allowing them to just use the "fill & sign" function. The digital cert signature is too complicated for our users (too many steps for those who've never done it). How do I create a form field whereby the signer will just be prompted to use the fill & sign option?

As per the description given above, I guess you are referring to Fill & Sign feature? Fill & Sign feature let you use signature image, or you can draw that too.

You can still use Fill & Sign feature to sign document, depending on whether that document allows you to simply sign it or use digital signature only. Which means, if the form you are signing has Digital Signature fields only, then you have to sign it using digital signature.
