How do I e-mail document w/o highlighting???

I'm using Acrobate reader. After i've reviewed and highlighted a document I want to be able to e-mail that document minus the highlighting? I have figured out how to print the document without highlighting, but i want to be able to e-mail it without highlighting. Help????

Go to the Comment panel, select all the highlights you added, delete them, save the file and then email it.
