How do I install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2017.012.20098

Question

I have software that is only certified through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2017.012.20098.  I see the link to download DC Version 2017.012.20098.  But the download installation instructions say that "This update requires that a previous version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Continuous Track) is installed on your system".  I have a brand new Windows 10 computer.  Where do I locate the base or initial installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC so that I can install Version 2017.012.20098 update?
