    That cannot be done in Reader, you need Acrobat Pro.

    I have Acrobat Pro. But Still would liket to know how to create a box around a text.

    Is this for a form field? That you can do when you create the form field. If you want to draw a box around arbitrary text you can do that with the annotation tools.
