How do I restore my free Adobe account?

I tried a free trial of Adobe Reader and decided not to renew. I cancelled it and deleted the app.  Now I. O longer have my free app.  How do I restore that free app?

Acrobat Reader is always free. https://get.adobe.com/reader/ 

Don't confuse it with Adobe Acrobat, which is the paid version for PDF creation and editing.
