How do I turn off "Please wait while the document is prepared for reading" in Adobe for Mac?

I can't find anywhere to turn off this accessibility feature. I have tried

Edit> Accessibility> Change Reading Options

Once here, I can change how it is read. But no option to TURN off Reading.
