What plan are you trying to cancel? How and where did you purchase the plan? If you sign in to your account on adobe.com you should see all of your plans and have a cancel link.

Yes I have tried this route, there is no cancel option and your link does not give any way to contact adobe it keeps taking me round in circles that lead no where. is there an actual email address to contact adobe?
