How do you choose layout when printing comments? (MAC OS)

Hi there, 

I'm trying to print a pdf with comments. I have found the print summary option but I cannot find the choose a layout option like below. I don't appear to have this option. 

Is this still an option in Adobe Reader? Are there slight differences in Abobe Reader depending on whether you are using Windows or Mac OS?
