How do you imbed live link in a pdf document?

I have tried the Tools and Edit Link feature, but I am doing something wrong.

    Thanks for asking - I was able to figure it out.  I didn't realize I had to go to the Actions tab after entering the URL and actually ADD it and click on ok.
