How to choose the latest minimized PDF file at one click?

Hello,
I am writing my thesis and I need to check on articles and Microsoft Word subsequently and very often. I am tired of finding the right PDF reader tab each time between 45 opened tabs. I want to click adobe on the taskbar and continue reading the last tab I minimized. It distracts me way too often, can someone please help me?
