How to combine 4 different .pdf-files?

Hello,

I want to combine 4 different .pdf-files into one pdf-file. In my adobe version under "tools" the tool "combine" tools (I am German --> in german "Dateien zusammenfügen") is not available. Is this depending on the version I have?

Acrobat Reader can't combine files.
