How to Create a Toolbar with your own symbols to place on drawings

I have an autocad drawing for few different Valve types (10 different items).

I will like to create a tool panel to add these too so I can drag and drop the item where I want on the PDF drawings.

Any idea how to create such panel in DC version or tool required.

    You can't do this in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader where you posted, or even in the paid version.

    I suggest Adobe Illustrator. You can:

    • make them into Symbols (persistent) and drag and drop
    • put them into a Creative Cloud library and drag and drop

    can anything else like nuance power pdf etc be used?

    Check with Nuance. This is an Adobe forum, and most of us use Adobe software. I personally have never used Nuance Power PDF. Here is the link:
