How to Customize the All tools menu

Community Beginner ,
Jun 01, 2024 Jun 01, 2024

When I open a .pdf file in Adobe Reader DC, the All tools menu appears on the left.
Is it possible to Customize the All tools menu, to change which functions are scrolled down in this menu?
In particular, I would like the function of  "Use a certificate" to appear immediately, among the first ones, above. Now it only shows up when I press the see more button first.
I'll show you what I mean.

Dear Tariq,

I work with the free version of Adobe Reader DC.
Unfortunately, the change described here does not work.
I can imagine it working in the Pro version.
Thank you for your answer!

Hi @Mitro_Pepi

I hope you already have found an answer to your question.
In case you haven't found it yet, Launch Reader, open "All Tools," and click on 'View more.' Left-click and drag the desired tool to the top where you need it.

Let us know how it works at your end.

Thanks for correcting me, @Mitro_Pepi
Yes, you are right. Sadly, It is currently not possible with Acrobat Reader.
