I think many users in the forum have discussed this topic. It can be traced back to four or five years ago. In 2022, when I used the new version of Pro DC, I found that the mouse scrolling speed was still slow, like a turtle crawling.
Adobe is a big company, are you truly unable to solve this issue? I see all the official responses that state "We can't reproduce it, and think it's because a certain PDF file".
I'll tell you this, Adobe Team, this is not the reason for the PDF file at all, it's because Adobe's own software incomplete functions, so how can this problem not be reproduced? I'm at a loss for words.
Here are a few less than ideal alternatives:
1) View > Page Display > Single Page Continuous. This method requires you to reset it like this every time you click into the PDF file. No default setting!!
2) Click on the Windows system settings to change the mouse wheel speed. But in doing so, Adobe's scrolling becomes faster, but other applications will also become faster and not suitable.
Isn't it good for Adobe to add a custom function to adjust the speed of the scroll wheel? Why can't it be done in 2022?

Hi @DylanXiang
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.
Please go through the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/how-to-increase-the-mouse-wheel-scroll-spe... and see if that helps.

You're absolutely right. Too large a company that is the industry standard and leader ought to have resolved this issue years ago. It's unacceptable and if I was at Adobe would find it embarrassing.
