how to protect esignature in acrobat dc

Dear Professionals. 

I am using Microsoft surface pro labtop with windows 10 OS. I want to use acrobat dc  or acrobast pro dc. 

my basic need is to Esign pdf document by using mirrosoft surface pro pen.  As you are aware that Microsoft sufrance has this feature to sign on pdf document by using  surface pro pen.

After Esigining, no one could be able to edit or delete that pdf document (mainly sign).   Note: we need this feature without going in document property or by using any additional step after Esigning".  

Please giude, how this basic need could be achieved.
