How to reedit a saved PDF on my computer

Hi!

I have always been able to fill and sign documents on Adobe Reader DC. I have filled out a form and saved it to my computer. I wanted to go back and make some changes after saving the form, and now I can't. Any suggestions???

Hi There, 

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are unable to edit the PDF Form, correct?

Would you mind sharing some more information for a better understanding:

• Have you signed the document after filling using fill and sign?
• Are you trying to re-enter the text into the text fields or trying to edit the form itself?

As stated above you have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, so you can not edit the PDF document using Adobe Reader as its a freeware with limited functions https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html. Also once the signatures are applied to the document and saved, it gets locked and no more editing of the text fields are allowed as its a design behavior.
