  1. Open the Certificate Manager:

    • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type certmgr.msc and press Enter.
  2. Navigate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities:

    • In the Certificate Manager window, expand the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" section on the left.
  3. Locate the Certificate:

    • Look for the "Certificates" folder inside "Trusted Root Certification Authorities."
    • Search for the "Adobe Content Certificate CA 10-19" certificate in the list.
  4. Remove the Certificate:

    • Right-click on the certificate.
    • Select "Delete" or "Remove."
    • Confirm any prompts that appear.
  5. Restart Your Computer:

    • After removing the certificate, it's a good idea to restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
  6. Check for Impact:

    • Keep an eye on any Adobe services or applications that might rely on this certificate. If you encounter issues, you might need to reinstall or repair the affected software.

The procedure you described here is correct, except that in my computer, the certificates are not installed in the  "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" folder; instead, they are in "Personal" folder.

Notice that the certificates will be installed again if you just open the Adobe account logon window (trying to use a paid feature like exporting a PDF or going to menu HELP > LOGON...).
