      Hello Mennas,

      Press the F9 key for the Menu bar and F8 key for Tools bar to unhide/hide the toolbar items.

      You can also change the settings from the Adobe Reader' Preferences Edit>Preferences>Full screen>select 'Show Navigation bar'>Click OK. Restart the application.
