Adobe tries to open my RIS files (eg endnote, book downloads): am unable to open them at all.  What should I try?

Am not sure whether the computer or the adobe program is the source of this default.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi aniw37907861,

Please try to change the default program for the RIS files.

Open the control panel and go to Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with program.

Then select the extension ".ris" from the list and click on change program tab at top right of the window.

Change the program to open the file and click OK to save settings.

Once done close the Window.

Let us know if you need any help.

Meenakshi
