    Permanently close the Tools pane in Acrobat Reader DC

    Same problem here...was able to change "Remember last state..." and closed the Tools pane before closing, but the Tools pane reappears and so does the annonying "Start the Tour" popup...any ideas as to why the setting is not "sticking"?
