I need to create pdf's from excel docs that contains links in them. In the last 3 weeks I can't seem to do this. The pdf ends up not allowing the links to open. I have had IT support on to the problem. We have checked and changed security etc. The one thing that they have found is that the URL link is different from the original one. It seems to be changing { } characters into % signs within the address. But I have no idea why now it has started doing this. It was fine before Christmas. I had adobe acrobat reader installed few months before that. I have had lots of Adobe updates around Christmas time, but IT support can't seem to find anything that would do this. Have you got any ideas as to what I can try please?
