Hyperlinks on JPEG or Embedding PDF

Hello,

I am making a photo signature for my company's emails. I have included hyperlinks to our website, Facebook, etc. The problem is, however, I can't embed the PDF in the email which defeats the purpose of having a signature... Is there a way to include the links in a JPEG? Does anyone have any suggestions?
