I can't access the Snapshot feature in Acobat Reader

I used to be able to click on an Abobe PDF file and have the option of creating a snapshot of such items such as photographs which I could paste into a graphic editor.

Now when I click on the PDF icon, the menu from which I would choose Snapshot is not there.

How do I get it back?
