I cannot sign the document

Hello everyone,

I think I have come across this question on google many times but the majority of the answers are to email the representative privately.

So this is a snapshot of mine. I am trying to sign this document but the sign button is greyed out so I am not sure how to proceed. Thank you in advance!!
