I cant signature in any document

Question

I have a problem whit Adober Reader 2022.001.20142 , in the moment that insert file the signature.

Pop us the windows for insert but in the moment the insert file the signature dont save or insert the signature

I reinstall the software

I repair the software

But continues the problem for insert signature in any document.

Dont view any error or alert , i cant signature this problem is present in different PC with Windows 10 these PC have all update today.

Help me , please.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Please try updating the application to the latest version 22.001.20169. Go to Help > Check for updates in the application.

Then try to add the signature image file.

If the issue persists, please check if the issue occurs with a particular PDF.

Try once to repair the application. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

Share the OS version on the machine.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen-recording of the issue.
