Caps or not, you really need to contact Adobe customer service. This is a user to user forum for the most part so not the proper place for credit card issues.

Newsflash: The phone number 800-833-6687 appears on bank statements associated with charges generated by adobe. This is required by law, to protect consumers from unwanted charges. In other words, this number appears so that consumers have someone to call when they are continually charged for products they did not order or no longer want.
So, it would be a real problem for Adobe if consumers had to PAY a FEE with a CREDIT card to straighten things out with Adobe regarding disputed automatic billing issues. By "problem for Adobe" I mean "legal problem." As in "violating a consumer protection law or a banking regulation."
So, even though this is a "user forum", could we at least tell the poor soul that Adobe has a number where he can straighten things out ... without paying a fee?

If you are sure you didn't give Adobe your credit card number or pay them for any goods or services, then someone has stolen your card number and used it to buy stuff. Report this, not to Adobe, but to your card issuer, without delay, because any more is stolen.
