I have trouble seeing and filling pdf formats, I can open any document in pdf, but when I want to see and fill a format, I cannot, it asks me for an update to adobe acrobat reader 8 or higher, I already did it and still I cannot do it .

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the messgae to have Acrobat 8 or higher when yoiu try to fill in the PDF form

Please refer to the steps provided in the help article Fix the common issues in fillable forms in Acrobat or Reader and see if that works for you.

Don't open the form in a browser. Download the form and open it in Acrobat Reader.
