I called Adobe on the phone and said they could not assist me since I had a "stand alone" version, instead of a subscription.
Can you please help me get my Reader on my new computer?

There is no "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Pro." There is Acrobat Reader DC and there is Acrobat DC Pro. One is free. One costs money. Which one are you trying to install and what problems are you having?

The "Organize Pages" feature in the right hand column is grayed out and unusable. I often need to use that feature and need to get that working. I already have a stand alone version of Acrobat, but I have a new laptop and a new desktop computer that I need to put that Acrobat on. I am trying to put it on the desktop computer first and downloaded Acrobat however when I open it I need a login info to complete the install. Unfortunately I cannot locate my login info, which seems to be the crux of the issue here. Can you help?

This is the forum for the free Reader software. For the installation issue, you'll want to talk to the folks in the Acrobat forum here: Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat
As for the other issue, it's also something to take up in the Acrobat forums but, have you checked the file properties to be sure that editing the file is allowed?
