I wanted a pdf viewer.. used Acrobat in the past- wow things have changed!

Took 45 minutes to start the download, install app and finally open a PDF file.  What a HUGE waste of time and resources. I didn't want to reinvent my life or launch a space shuttle. I am eager to explain to anyone that will listen the useless app the tries to help me. I thought Dropbox was bad. What's up with you vendors that have a good idea. Then the megalomaniacs take over wanting to capture as much computer space and services possible. I do not want you to monetize me, in fact, I don't want anyone to monetize me! I went to your forums to see what people are saying about you.  Well, 118,627 open requests for help, dozens of complaints about your nonexistent support, the chat line that has disappeared, serious problems with useability, and a general funk overall.  I felt bad for the lady that had tried for days to talk to anyone about her stock issues...ooopsy her account was closed. 

I have some advice, you are a software company you have one goal - be good at something instead of lousy at a whole bunch of things, The request from South America about not a single support person on the continent is cringe-worthy.  No help..zero.  Yep I got disapproving emoji for my tone. Rob
