I would like a refund

I signed up for the additional service of $1.98 a month to convert a PDF to an excel document as I needed it turned around A.S.A.P. for work and repeatedly received the error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service"... I paid $24 to make this one function work for this one document and all I receive is the error message.  Please refund my money, thank you

    What version of Adobe Reader are you using?

    Can you use the online system at https://cloud.acrobat.com/
