iMac - DC Reader not converting pdf to word doc?

For some reason when I open a PDF in DC Reader and I want to convert that pdf to a word doc it doesn't even show it as an option. I click on all the options and the arrow goes up then click again and the arrow goes down without giving me an option to convert to a word doc. Any ideas why?

This issue should be fixed in the latest update.

Please download the latest update from: Acrobat Help | Release notes | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC | Update and proceed with your workflow. Let us know if that helps.

Please try logging out and log in again, then export the file.

Also, please confirm if its happening with all the files and if you receive any particular error as well while trying to convert the files.

So it happens with all files. I tried logging out then back in without luck. Could it be some setting within the mac itself that is causing the application not to give me the option to export? The web-based clink you gave me works fine.

It only seems to be happening on this one computer for some reason.
