hello.. i cannot open Canadian Immigration form through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC latest version. How can install the older version which allow me to open the files? or is there any other way? thank you!

That message.. even though i download the file and open it with acrobat
reader dc latest version..

Do not open it in a browser, or on a mobile device. Only on a regular desktop computer, and make sure to save it locally and then open it directly in Reader. Also, make sure to update Reader to the latest version available.

yes. i downloaded it and tried to open it in directly in Reader. but still wont open.. i have the latest update.. im using Acer Spin.

Ok, that shouldn't be happening unless... there is one possibility. When you downloaded the PDF, did you do it by choosing "Print to PDF"? If so, you must not download it that way, it loses the form fields and much more.

no. i downloaded it as is. it works good with my desktop computer. but not working on my laptop.. its just a hassle to bring desktop computer when having a client outside office.
