IMPOSIBBLE TO CANCEL THIS IS UNACEPTABLE

Please help me To cancel my subscription with you, this is illegal every time I have tried to cancel it, you threatened to charge me more, so I don't know what to do, but it is not legal how you are reacting, I end another year on May 6th, so please do not want to renew any longer or here from this company again what you are doing is not right

You agreed to a contract, which included a fee of one half of the remaining time to cancel early

 

Cancel just BEFORE your subscription date

 

But, as already stated, you are not paying for the free Acrobat Reader

I am asking Acrobat Reader to reply to all of these unpleased subscribers who had to stay because of threats of more charges it is about time you act legally with people who have been paying you obliged by ridiculous laws designed by you

there is no reader subscription. it's free.
