In Adobe Reader DC Save As and Print functions do not work

I am using Microsoft windows 10 and the Save As and Print Functions do not work.

Window for Save as comes up but is blank.

I have removed program twice and reinstalled with no change.

Print function is greyed out and will not allow printing.

Hi Peterphoto1,

Have you installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC (2015.023.20053)?

You may please try the steps mentioned below-

Launch Adobe Reader> Go to Edit> Preferences> General> Uncheck "show online storage when saving file "

Let us know if this doesn't make any difference.

I am having same issue with multiple clients. They are on the latest version. Adobe crashes when trying to print or save.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried protected view.

Are you referring to Adobe Reader or Acrobat Pro?

Here is the latest patch for Adobe Reader -Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader please install the update and see if that helps.
