I have a InfoPath 2013 form and converted  it into a PDF format. The from is getting converted however when we open the PDF the Digital Signature disappears.

  1. Is this a Known issue for Acrobat Reader DC ?
  2. Do we have a Add-on for Reader to Completed Convert the InfoPath form into PDF ?

Please help

How did you create the PDF file? Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files.

PDF format. When the conversation is done the form gets open in Acrobat

reader and here i am facing the 'problem'

The digital signature which on Infopath form disappeared when the form is

converted into PDF

Thanks,

Contact the support of Microsoft.

I do not know how InfoPath signatures work. But if they are true digital signatures they will be for a specific exact file. It would be quite impossible to convert a digital signature (as opposed to a stamp on the page) to PDF.
