Ik heb problemen bij het inloggen via mijn laptop. Ik krijg steeds de melding dat mijn abonnement verlopen is, maar toch gaat er maandelijks geld van mijn rekening af.
Ik kan wel inloggen via mijn gsm, maar heb dit vooral nodig op mijn laptop. Ik heb het programma al eens verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd, maar nog steeds kan ik me niet aanmelden.

Hi Kelly,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

 

As you have mentioned above, you receive the error message "Susbcription has expired".

Try uninstalling the application and reboot the machine. Then reinstall the application from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html 

 

If the issue persists, try creating a new user profile on the machine. Then install Acrobat Standard DC. 

Check if you still experience the same issue.
