Hey there,

 

Looking at the error message showed in screenshot above, I assume it says "Newer version already installed" while installing Acrobat Reader DC, is that correct? As screenshot's message is in Chinese so couldn't translate it well.

 

If its the same error as described above, please refer to the following steps-

1- The error is shown due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. Install the update using one of the following ways: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/error-1722--there-is-a-problem-with-this-windows-installer-pac...

2- If it still doesn't work, then use this cleaner tool to remove the existing application and traces of any older version: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html .Once done, try installing Reader again.
