Installation failed when re-installing adobe acrobat reader dc

Hi Guys

For some reason i was unable to print pdf's from acrobat reader anymore it was getting a spool error on my mac with the latest osx and latest reader

So i uninstalled the program and now trying to re-install it and its getting a "found a higher version adobe acrobat reader in the installation location. Installation will terminate. "

Has anyone had this issue before?

    Hi Georgeb,

    Try once to run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your Mac.

    Then reboot the machine and re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Check if it installs without any issue.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.
